Many questions arise as to how Islamic education management differs from other education management. For example, the existence of management general education is generally the same. This means that there are many or even the majority of managerial rules that can be used by all management, but specifically there are specificities that require special handling as well. The essence of management in any field is the same, it’s just that the variables it faces are different depending on what field the management is used and developed. The difference in these variables brings cultural differences which then give rise to differences, especially the management of Islamic education in the perspective of hadith.
